Welcome to Our New Website!

The Virginia Master Naturalist program would like to welcome you to our new website!  We hope you enjoy getting to know more about our program and our volunteers.  You can read all about our staff and sponsoring agencies in the “Who We Are” section.

We also invite you to check out several volunteer projects highlighted in “What We Do” along with a slide show of volunteer photos showcasing our state’s natural resources.  We have such a talented group of volunteers!

If you have always wanted to become a Master Naturalist volunteer and never knew how to do so, we now have a section just for you.  Go to “Become a Master Naturalist” and learn everything you need to know to get started.

Already a volunteer? Our “Documents and Resources” section will provide links to documents, trainings materials, and volunteer opportunities throughout the state.

Our program has also started an account with the Virginia Tech Foundation that allows us to accept tax-deductible donations.  If you like what you see and want to support what we do, please visit our “Give” page for additional information.

Many thanks to the volunteers and staff that helped get this new website up and running.  We welcome your feedback as we continue to improve the site.  Please send your comments to Alycia Crall, the statewide program coordinator.  We hope you enjoy your visit!
